Role: Digital Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive and scale our paid digital marketing strategy for North America and the EU. The key areas of responsibility for this role are the planning and management of digital campaigns, optimizing for growth, and measuring success.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter with experience developing digital advertising and lead generation programs at the strategic level implementing that program at the tactical level. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Develop and execute the paid digital marketing strategy that supports Scrut Automation’s growth and objectives.
Create, implement, and manage all paid digital marketing campaigns for North America and EU regions, including Pay-Per-Click, social media advertising, display advertising, and paid media.
Own program budget
Plan and manage channel promotion plans, relevant digital content, and landing pages in collaboration with internal teams (content, web, social).
Work with Marketing Operations to ensure the continued health and effectiveness of ToFu lead process
Analyze multiple data streams to ID key success metrics to measure and evaluate campaign performance, website conversions, and lead acquisition.
Measure and report campaign performance against overall program objectives.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience
Experience leading multiple types of digital marketing campaigns
In-depth knowledge of various ad and social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated experience managing integrated paid marketing campaigns across digital channels
Proven track record of successfully executing and managing PPC campaigns; B2B a major plus
Data-driven mentality, with a focus on how to use insights to influence planning and execution
Self-starter that is solution-oriented and focused on getting the job done
Extensive experience working across the martech stack, integrating native ad and social platforms, and creating processes for efficient analysis and downstream activity
HubSpot experience a major plus
A deep understanding of the B2B marketing, media, and digital advertising landscape.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
