About the Job


We are looking for an ambitious BDR who will join our sales team to acquire new customers. With the right experience and high performance, we offer exciting development opportunities, such as gradually taking over the full sales cycle with the aim of moving into an Account Executive role 

BDR is a process-oriented and highly input-driven role. It involves a fair bit of thinking as well, making sure to articulate your thought process and how you can be above and beyond the process-led outcomes.

Our Business Development Representative is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that will see you leading new business development in the APAC region. The role will be accountable for developing & executing our global business development strategy across the APAC region.

Responsibilities 


  • Execute all initial communication and sales with prospective partners

  • Reach out to prospects via all outbound channels: Linkedin, Email, Calls 

  • Create innovative multi-channel business development strategies to connect with decision makers and VP/C-suite stakeholders in target accounts. 

  • Must have experience with multi-threading various stakeholders while prospecting into target accounts.

  • Lead creative research projects to acquire new prospects. 

  • Manage all prospects & secured leads in our CRM (Hubspot). 

  • Create innovative business development materials and communications. 

  • Exhibit how you can be creative in catching attention and not going overboard but still be smooth

  • Demonstrate the research that you would do to create a personal connection

  • Articulate and demonstrate steps would you follow to make the cold outreach a warm outreach

  • Attend regional networking opportunities & events.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in the SAAS Domain is a must 

  • Exposure to the APAC (India, MEA, SEA) region is a must. 

  • Experience selling into Mid-market accounts (>250 employees) in APAC is a must

  • Experience selling into the North American market is a plus.

  • First-class sales skills and experience. 

  • Strong written & communication skills 

  • A people person. 

  • A competitive edge and target-driven 

  • Strong competencies with CRM and sales tools like Hubspot, Salesloft, Amplemarket, LN Sales Navigator, etc.
